Erin graduated from Western Michigan University with a double major in Food Marketing and Spanish. After 12 years in Corporate America, she discovered the benefits of Pilates and decided to become a Stott certified mat and reformer instructor. She finds it rewarding to help people with their personal journey toward health and happiness.

Bridget started taking fitness and yoga classes as a way to stay fit while teaching elementary school and it immediately became a necessity in her life. She saw the physical benefits, but what kept her coming back for more were the physiological benefits. With a background in martial arts, Bridget developed an eye for alignment and awareness of movement and she loves sharing her enthusiasm of yoga, barre and fitness with others. Bridget has a Masters degree in Elementary Education and lives in Clarkston with her husband. When she’s not teaching fitness you can find her hanging out with her family, traveling, cooking or shopping!



Bailey strives to help others in life by nurturing the body, mind and breath through teaching yoga. Her love of constructing creative sequences, positive energy and encouragement for self-growth will help you to deepen your yoga practice. Her goal is that her students leave her class feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. Bailey is an RYT, having completed 200 hours to earn her certification through the Functional Yoga Academy. Bailey finds inspiration through her admiration of nature and traveling and hopes to one day combine her passion for yoga with her thirst for adventure.   



Lauryn is a graduate of U or D with a Degree in Criminal Justice and also holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from WSU. She has been a student of kickboxing for 16 years and is certified in kickboxing, step, and piloxing barre & barre.



Lynn has always been interested in athletics when she was young, especially tennis, volleyball and softball. In the last ten years she has become very interested in personal fitness and has enjoyed taking a variety of classes.  In the summer you can often find her on the golf course spending time with her family. 



Katelyn has a passion for everything fitness and wellness. She began her fitness journey in high school when she started attending all different types of fitness classes. While attending college, fitness became an even bigger part of her life and she decided to change her major to Exercise Science. Since then, Katelyn has received her associate’s degree from Oakland Community College in Exercise Science and Technology. She is certified to teach barre, pilates, yoga and general group fitness



Emily has always been interested in sports and fitness. She ran track and cross country all through school. While studying child development at Michigan State University, she started taking yoga. After her first class she fell in love! She practiced yoga for many years and eventually decided to become a yoga teacher. She loves teaching and sharing her passion for yoga in each class.  Emily is also a preschool teacher and is currently finishing her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education 



Chelsea grew up playing golf competitively in high school and college, until a back injury kept her from playing. Years ago, she found yoga as a way to help stretch out and gain more movement, but ended up falling in love! With Chelsea’s background as a black belt in martial arts she loves pushing her body to the limit and using yoga to reconnect with herself and her body, creating a great foundation for the practice. Chelsea now is an RYT 200 certified yoga teacher, trained in vinyasa, slow flow, ashtanga, hatha and yin. In her free time Chelsea loves spending time outdoors and on the water, even taking her yoga to a stand up paddle board! She also has a biology degree from Oakland University, a wonderful husband, baby boy and rescue pup!  



Kim has been practicing yoga for 20+ years and has always had an intense love of music and dance. She then found what she feels is a combination of the two and so much more with yoga. Kim constantly strives to challenge practitioners in a way that is safe and accessible to all levels. As an instructor she truly wants everyone to be comfortable and to feel better leaving than they did coming in. Kim always stresses that it is a practice that is continual and that everyone is working toward progress and not perfection. Progression, whether physical, mental or emotion brings her constant joy and satisfaction.
